Marian Forma
Marian Forma (born July 31, 1944 in Kielce ) is a former Polish cyclist and national champion in cycling .
Athletic career
In 1966 and 1967 he was the Polish team time trial champion with the four from Legia Warsaw . In the individual races and in the mountain championship, he was also on the podium of the championship races. In 1968 he was second in the domestic tour of Poland behind Jan Kudra . In 1966 he started for Poland at the UCI Road World Championships and was classified as 69th of the individual race. In 1969 he took part in the International Peace Tour and finished in 22nd place.
