Marie Hoppe (born January 13, 1986 in Weener ) is a Bremen politician ( Die Grünen ) and was a member of the Bremen citizenship .

biography

Family, education and work

Hoppe is the daughter of the Aurich deacon and former member of the Green Parliament, Thilo Hoppe . After graduating from high school, she worked as a volunteer in a street children project in Guatemala . She then studied psychology at the University of Groningen and completed her studies at the University of Bremen . She is married, lives in Bremer Neustadt and has one child.

Hoppe has been a member of the Bremen Greens since 2010 .

In the 18th electoral term , she was a member of the Bremen citizenship from 2011 to 2015 . There she was the spokesperson for advisory council policy , citizen participation and civic engagement and petitions . She was represented in the committee for civic participation, civic engagement and advisory boards (city), committee for equality of women, petitions committee (state and city) and in the temporary committees "Extension of the right to vote" and to amend the state constitution.
