The building with the postal address Marienchorstraße 3 is a listed building in Marienchorstraße in Stralsund , opposite the confluence with Marienstraße .

The two-storey , five-axis plastered building with a double volute gable was built in the 16th century.

The facade was remodeled in the neo-renaissance style at the end of the 19th century . The double-leaf front door in the segmental arched portal is carved in the Rococo style.

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 501.
