Joling made his World Cup debut in November 2010 in Heerenveen . There she finished 12th over 3000 m. At the following World Cups she achieved her first podium places in the World Cup in Berlin with second place in the team pursuit and third place in Hamar . At the beginning of the 2012/13 season she was Dutch champion over 5000 m. In the further course of the season she came on the podium for the first time in the individual at the World Cup in Kolomna with third place over 3000 m. Also in the season she took second place in the team pursuit in Heerenveen. At the beginning of the 2014/15 season she won Obihiro her first World Cup victory in the team pursuit. At the World Cup in Berlin she took second place over 3000 m and first place in the team pursuit. In the further course of the season she achieved third place over 1500 m at the World Cup in Hamar and second place over 3000 m in Erfurt . At the speed skating single distance world championships 2015 in Heerenveen, she won bronze over 3000 m and silver in the team pursuit. She finished the season in seventh place in the World Cup over 1500 m and fourth place in the World Cup over 3000/5000 m.
