Mario Ramos (born June 30, 1973 in Salamanca , Spain ) is a Spanish actor and poet who grew up in Germany .

Life

Mario Ramos was born in 1973 in Salamanca, Spain and grew up in Germany. He took acting training at the Bongôrt-van Roy theater school in Bergisch Gladbach . During his training he played at the Bergisch Gladbach Chamber Theater in plays such as Kiss me Kate , Weisman and Rotgesicht or Stella . This was followed by productions in Cologne, where in Mein Kampf he embodied Hitler, Gerardo / Roberto in Death and the Maiden and the Marquis de Sade in Marat / Sade .

After completing his studies, he was active in various projects in North Rhine-Westphalia. a. Preparatory courses for the acting profession at a high school. Several free engagements followed in the Cologne and Bergisch area. For the last few years he has been playing on various Hamburg theaters, such as the Cliff in Cabaret, George Garga in Im Thicket of Cities , the Happy in Death of a Salesman or Mario in Holms: Be careful construction site! . In 2004 he also stood in front of the camera as Santano in Measure of Things . Ramos was seen at the Bad Hersfeld Festival in A Midsummer Night's Dream , Faust , Die Bremer Stadtmusikanten and Camelot . As Mordred in Camelot, he received the Hersfeld Prize in 2005 . From 2009 to 2015 he could be seen at the Störtebeker Festival on the island of Rügen. In May 2011 Mario Ramos could be seen in the Hamburg musical Revolver in the piano , which was premiered there.

Ramos has lived in Hamburg with his companion Saskia Fischer since 2002 . At the end of 2009, Ramos had a son.
