Mark Derwin (born October 28, 1960 in Park Forest , Illinois , USA ) is an American actor .
Mark Derwin played AC Mallet in the soap opera Springfield Story from 1990 to 1993 . For this role he was honored with the 1993 Soap Opera Digest Award . He was also nominated for an Emmy that same year . From 1999 to 2002 Derwin was in One Life to Live as Dr. See Ben Davidson. For this he won his second “Soap Opera Digest Award” in 2001. He also appeared in numerous television series, including Diagnosis: Mord , CSI Miami , Boston Legal , How I Met Your Mother , Navy CIS , The Secret Life of the American Teenager and 44 episodes of the comedy Everything revolves around Bonnie as Dr . Mark Molloy.
Derwin was married to actress Alecia Derwin from 1997 to 2000 . Before that, he had a long relationship with his Springfield story colleague Beth Ehlers .
