Diagnosis: Mord (original title: Diagnosis Murder ) is a crime and doctor series rolled into one. The series, produced in the United States between 1993 and 2001, comprises 178 episodes in 8 seasons. In addition, five feature films between 90 and 120 minutes in length were shot.

action

The main character of the series is Dr. Mark Sloan, a doctor who is a medical advisor to the local police force. His son Steve Sloan, who is a police officer himself, likes it less, but without his father many cases would not be solved. The forensically gifted physician has a completely different view of the cases. His friends Amanda Bentley, the chief of pathology at Community General Hospital, and Dr. Jesse Travis help him clear up the cases. Almost all of the episodes are set in Los Angeles , Dr. Sloan resides on Malibu Beach in the series .
