Mark Ferguson (actor)
Mark Ferguson (born February 28, 1961 in Sydney ) is an Australian actor who can also be seen in many New Zealand productions and currently resides in New Zealand. In the early 1980s, he gained national fame through several casts in TV series, primarily through Sons and Daughters . Independently of this, he also appears as a television presenter .
Career
Ferguson comes from a Scottish family. In the Australian series Chopper Squad he worked in an episode in 1979. This was followed by a cast in the 1981 film The Added Dimension . In a total of 210 episodes he played Paul Sheppard in the TV series Sons and Daughters . At the same time, he worked in the TV series A Country Practice . In 1993 he was seen in the film Attack on the Rainbow Warrior . In 1994 castings followed in the series Hercules and the accompanying films Hercules and the Flaming Ring and Hercules in the Realm of the Dead Gods . In the series Xena - The Warrior Princess he acted in episodes in 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1999 in various roles. In Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring , he played the Elven King Gil-galad . Although he could only be seen in the film for a few minutes, he is one of the regular guests at Ring * Con , where he has also been leading through the event as a kind of moderator ( Master of Ceremonies ) since 2010 . In Power Rangers Mystic Force he dubbed the 2006 Gekkor , published the following year Power Rangers Operation Overdrive the Moltor .
