Mark Light

Mark Light (born October 27, 1910 in Lebanon , Pennsylvania , USA ; † April 2, 1975 in Manheim , Pennsylvania, USA) was an American racing car driver .

Career

Light started between 1946 and 1951 in some races for the AAA National Series , where he achieved a fifth place as his best placement.

In 1950 he tried unsuccessfully to qualify for the Indianapolis 500 in two vehicles .

After his career he worked as a race organizer and ran a business for tuning parts.
