Mark Warden has been a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives for the Republican Party since the 2010 election and represents Hillsborough constituency 39. He is a member of the House of Representatives Judiciary Committee.

In the 2012 election, Warden was re-elected with 49.5% of the votes cast. He was able to prevail against the candidates from the Democratic Party and the Libertarian Party , which received 38.1% and 12.4% of the vote.

In the 2014 election, Warden will not run again for a seat in the House of Representatives.

Political positions

Warden is a member of the libertarian Free State Project . He advocates the decriminalization of the trade and consumption of cannabis indica , the preservation of the very unrestricting gun laws in New Hampshire, tax cuts for all sections of the population and the reduction of government spending.
