Marko Jovanović ( Serbian - Cyrillic Марко Јовановић ; born March 26, 1988 in Belgrade , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Serbian football player. He plays for FK Voždovac .
Career
society
Marko Jovanović was born in Belgrade . He played in his youth at FK Budućnost Arilje until he moved to Partizan Belgrade in 2001 . In his youth he played until 2005. After that he was given to their farm team Teleoptik Zemun , where he stayed until 2007. In 2007 he moved back to Partizan.
He played his first game for his new club on September 26, 2007 in a 4-1 home win at Lav Kup against FK Rad .
National team
Jovanović began his national team career on August 21, 2007 with the Serbian U-21 against Moldova.
He also took part in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing , where he played all three preliminary round matches against Ivory Coast, Australia and Argentina. You finished this difficult group from bottom of the table.
He was also in the squad for the 2009 European Under-21 Football Championship in Sweden .
