The Marktplatz 3 building is a town house in the listed old town of Weißenburg in Bavaria . The building is located near the old town hall and the Schweppermannsbrunnen . It is the third oldest town house in Weißenburg. Only the house at Luitpoldstrasse 16 and the house at Judengasse 14 are older . The building is registered under the monument number D-5-77-177-260 as an architectural monument in the Bavarian monument list.

The building is two-story, gable-free , massive and has a pitched roof . The house was built in 1346. The walls are made of limestone . Renovations and alterations took place in 1579 and 1774. The rear building dates from the 19th century.
