history
The property was built in the late 18th century as a three- story eaves side building and stands on two plots . This fact applies (in addition to the properties at Obere Marktstrasse 1 and Weingasse 8 ) as an example of the fact that the building scale on the market square in terms of the width of the parcel and the number of floors changed at this time.
The facade has the usual late Baroque drilled window frame. It was continued in the neighboring building Marktplatz 6 .
