The Marktplatz 7 building in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen, is located on the town’s market square , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-55 .

history

At the location of today's property at Marktstrasse 7, there was previously a lower and simpler half-hipped roof building . Today's property at Marktstraße 7 was built in 1910 as a three-storey sandstone building in Art Nouveau style and was built by the Bad Kissingen architect Carl Krampf .

The facade is characterized by a two-storey, slightly arched group of three windows. This is a metropolitan element of Art Nouveau that is varied in the neighboring building Marktplatz 8 ; both properties form a building group. The construction of the dwelling of the actually eaves-standing building imitates a gable position .
