history
The center is part of the “ Helle Mitte ” district center . It has a total sales area of approx. 18,000 m², was opened in 1998 and has around 30 stores, including a Real hypermarket . There are around 650 parking spaces available to visitors in the multi-storey car park. The Marktplatz Center has been managed by KOPRIAN iQ MANAGEMENT GmbH (Hamburg) since October 1, 2018, the previous operator was MEC METRO-ECE Center Management.
