Markus Ruf
Markus Ruf (born August 6, 1959 in Langenthal ; legal resident in Murgenthal and Wynau ) is a Swiss lawyer and former politician (National Action / Swiss Democrats , later non-party).
Life
Ruf was a member of the city council (parliament) of Bern in 1982 and of the Grand Council of the Canton of Bern from 1982 to 1984 and from 1986 to 1993 . From November 28, 1983 to December 5, 1999 he was a member of the National Council . Reputation attracted attention due to a nationalist policy. At the end of 1998 Ruf was no longer set up by the Swiss Democrats of the Canton of Bern, whereupon he left the party. He ran on a list of the National Ring of Independents , but was not re-elected.
In 1997, Ruf obtained a patent as a lawyer and has been working in his own law firm ever since.
