Marta Tagliaferro (born November 4, 1989 in Noventa Vicentina ) is an Italian cyclist .

Athletic career

In 2007 Marta Tagliaferro became Italian junior champion in road racing and won bronze at the junior European construction championships in points driving , she was also national junior champion in points driving and scratch . The following year she signed her first contract with a UCI women's team .

In the following years Tagliaferro celebrated her greatest successes not in road cycling , but on the track . In 2010 she became vice-European champion of the U23 in the points race, 2013 two-time Italian champion in the omnium and with Beatrice Bartelloni , Elena Cecchini and Tatiana Guderzo in the team pursuit . The four women repeated this success the following year.

In 2016 Marta Tagliaferro decided one stage each at the Tour de San Luis and at Gracia Orlová . In 2019 she won the Omloop van de IJsseldelta and a stage of the Tour de Feminin - O cenu Českého Švýcarska .
