Marta Torrejon
Marta Torrejón Moya (born February 27, 1990 in Mataró ) is a Spanish soccer player . She took part in the 2013 European Championship with the Spanish national team.
Athletic career
Torrejón started playing football at SD Ilintxa . In 2001 she moved to the youth team at Espanyol Barcelona , for whom she later made her adult debut. In 2006 she won the double from the Spanish championship in the Superliga Femenina and Copa de la Reina with the club . Further cup victories followed in 2009, 2010 and 2013. In the summer of 2013, Torrejón moved within the city to the women's team at FC Barcelona .
After Torrejón had already been a junior national player, she made her debut in 2007 in the Spanish senior team. With this she took part in the 2013 European Championship and reached the quarter-finals. It was used in all four finals.
Her brother Marc Torrejón is also a soccer player and has been active in Spain and Germany in his career so far.
