Marthe Lambert
Marthe Lambert (married Djian; born March 6, 1936 in Paris ) is a former French long jumper , hurdler and pentathlon fighter .
In 1954 she was eighth in the pentathlon at the European Athletics Championships in Bern .
At the Olympic Games in Melbourne in 1956, she was fifth in the long jump and reached the semi-finals over 80 m hurdles .
In 1958 she was tenth in the long jump at the European Championships in Stockholm and was eliminated over 80 m hurdles in the semifinals.
She was twice French champion in the long jump (1956, 1958) and over 80 m hurdles (1956, 1958) and once in the pentathlon (1955).
She is married to the middle-distance runner René Djian .
