Martin-Guillaume Biennais (born April 29, 1764 at La Cochère , Département Orne ; † March 27, 1843 in Paris ) was a well-known Parisian cabinet maker and goldsmith and silversmith who had a shop in rue Saint-Honore since 1789. Biennais was, alongside Thomire and Jean Baptiste Claude Odiot, one of the most famous Empire goldsmiths in Paris. Napoleon Bonaparte appointed him royal goldsmith after his coronation as emperor.
