Martin Boss (politician)

Martin Boss (born April 13, 1958 ) is a Swiss politician ( Greens ).

Life

Martin Boss grew up in the city of Bern and moved to the country when he was 20. He works as a department head in the area of housing in the care institution Zentrum Mittengraben in Interlaken . He is married and lives in Saxeten .

politics

Martin Boss has been the mayor of Saxeten since 2010. After Christine Häsler moved to the National Council, Boss moved up to the Grand Council of the Canton of Bern in 2015 . He has represented the Green Group in the business audit committee since 2016 and was a substitute member of the health and social committee from 2015 to 2018.

Boss is a member of the Oberland Ost regional conference and the Transport and Settlement Commission as well as a board member of the Jungfrau Region Social Service in Interlaken.
