Martin Feigenwinter (born March 20, 1970 in Liestal ) is a former Swiss speed skater .
Martin Feigenwinter was born in Liestal as the second son of Doris and Bruno Feigenwinter. He completed an apprenticeship as a biology laboratory assistant and finally worked at Basel Chemistry. When he was 25 years old, he decided to pursue a professional speed skating career. He took part in the 1994 Olympic Games in Lillehammer and finished in 28th place on 5000 meters. At the 1996 World Cup in Hamar over 10,000 meters, he finished fifth. In 1997 he was ninth over the same distance in the World Cup race in Baselga di Pinè . He achieved the best result in a World Cup race in Innsbruck when he won the bronze medal at 10,000 meters. In the 1998 Olympic Games in Nagano , he finished 21st at 5000 meters.
