Martin Hammer (born August 12, 1985 ) is a former Norwegian cross-country skier .

Career

Hammer, who started for the Skogn IL , mainly took part in the Scandinavian Cup and FIS races from 2005 to 2018 . He achieved his best placement in the Scandinavian Cup in February 2010 in Sigulda with ninth place in the sprint. His first and only World Cup race he ran in March 2010 in Oslo , which he finished in 17th place in the sprint. At the Rollerski World Championships 2013 in Bad Peterstal , he won the gold medal in the team sprint together with Ragnar Bragvin Andresen . In addition, he took 12th place in the sprint and over 20 km freestyle. The following year he was together with Eldar Rønning Norwegian champion in the team sprint.
