Martin Havik

Martin Havik (born December 15, 1955 in De Koog ) is a former Dutch cyclist .

In 1974 Martin Havik was the Dutch junior road racing champion . In 1977 he became the Dutch runner-up in the amateur road race and was third in the Lower Saxony Tour . Then he became a professional . He mainly denied criteria in the Netherlands. In 1981 he started the Tour of Andalusia and came third overall.

Afterwards, Havik also drove standing races . In 1982 he was third in the Dutch championship, and at the UCI track world championships in 1983 in Zurich he also took third place (behind pacemaker Joop Zijlaard ). In 1984 he ended his cycling career.
