Martin Hermann (filmmaker)

Martin Hermann (* 1964 in Sulingen , Diepholz district , Lower Saxony ) is a German filmmaker .

He became known among connoisseurs primarily through his three " Apparatspott " films, full-length feature films in Low German, which were made between 1996 and 2008. He is a director, producer, screenwriter, composer of the film music , cameraman and "soul" of the Sulingen Filmemoker - a group of non-commercial film producers who have run their business so far mainly for fun. He is also responsible for film editing, visual effects, special effects , the sound department and the editorial department.

While the filmmakers consisted of just two people in the first Apparatspott film, the production team already had six people in the second film. Martin Hermann was responsible for the direction, music, camera and editing.

Martin Hermann has been running his own production company "fm-graphix" since October 2005
