Martin Drummond Vesey Holt (born January 13, 1881 in London , † November 2, 1956 in Bognor Regis ) was a British sword fencer .

Martin Holt took part in five Olympic Games : at the 1908 Olympic Games in London , he won the silver medal in the team competition with Edgar Amphlett , Leaf Daniell , Cecil Haig , Robert Montgomerie and Edgar Seligman . In the individual competition, he moved into the final round, which he finished in eighth place. In 1912 he repeated the team success in Stockholm with Edgar Amphlett, John Blake , Percival May Davson , Arthur Everitt , Cecil Haig, Robert Montgomerie and Edgar Seligman by winning the silver medal again. In the individual, Holt placed eighth again. In 1920 in Antwerp , 1924 in Paris and 1928 in Amsterdam Holt failed both in the individual and in the team competition in the preliminary round. In 1920 and 1923 he was British champion.
