Martin Kübler (born October 26, 1947 in Heilbronn ) is a former German soccer player and coach.

Martin Kübler's football career began at Union Böckingen , where he went through all youth teams and also played the first seasons with the seniors. During this time he completed an apprenticeship as an administrative inspector. In 1969 he moved to the other side of the Neckar to VfR Heilbronn , which had just been promoted to the (then second-class) regional league that year. After five years in which the VfR was able to hold the class, in the summer of 1974 the introduction of the two-pronged Second Bundesliga was due instead of the regional leagues as the second highest division. The club was in financial difficulties at the time and sold its two best players, the technically adept midfield director Martin Kübler and striker Bernd Hoffmann, to league rivals Karlsruher SC . Both were able to secure a regular place straight away, Kübler completed 37, Hoffmann 38 games and was also top scorer in the Second League South. KSC became champions of this division in 1974/75 and rose to the Bundesliga, while VfR was relegated. During his four years at KSC, Kübler completed two seasons in the Bundesliga (60 games, 12 goals) and in the 2nd division (55 games, 5 goals).

After his active career, he returned to Heilbronn, took over the coaching position at the upper division VfR during the 1981/82 season and trained this until the end of the 1982/83 season. He then held various functions in the club.
