Martin Johannes Matsbo (born October 4, 1911 in Hedemora ; † September 6, 2002 in Södertälje ) was a Swedish cross-country skier .

Matsbo, who started for the IFK Hedemora , Hudiksvalls IF and Malungs IF , won the bronze medal with the relay at the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1935 in Vysoké Tatry . He also achieved sixth place over 50 km and fifth place over 18 km. In the following year he won the bronze medal with the relay at the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and also took fourth place over 18 km. At the Holmenkollen Ski Festival in 1937, he won the 18 km run. He also won the bronze medal at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti in 1938 with the relay running over 18 km in fourth place. In Swedish championships he won in 1934 and 1937 over 15 km, 1937 with the relay of Hudiksvalls IF and 1942 with the relay of Malungs IF.
