Martin Obermarzoner
Martin Obermarzoner (born November 20, 1981 in Brixen , South Tyrol ) is an Italian chef .
Career
After completing his training in South Tyrol, he moved to the Zum Auenhaus restaurant in Brixen, after which he gained experience at the Hidalgo in Burgstall , the Heinz Winkler residence in Aschau and La Siriola in St. Kassian . In 2002 he took over his parents' restaurant Vitale Jasmin in Klausen , where he was awarded the first Michelin star in 2007 and the second in 2011 .
