biography

In his youth, Przondziono played for VfL Salder and Eintracht Braunschweig . Then he was in the squad of Sportfreunde Salzgitter and moved to Werder Bremen in 1990 , where he was a member of the Bundesliga squad for the 1992/93 and 1993/94 seasons, but did not play a game in the first division. In 1994 he signed a contract with 1. FC Nürnberg , for which he played 19 games in two years in the second division and scored two goals. From 1997 to 1999 Przondziono played for VfL Osnabrück in the Regionalliga Nord, then he played for Preußen Münster , moved to VfB Lübeck in 2001 and returned to Münster in early 2003, where he finally ended his professional career in 2004.

In total, Przondziono played 27 second division games (2 goals) and 219 regional league games (60 goals).

In 2014 Przondziono became head of scouting at 1. FC Nürnberg . In 2015 he took on the same function at Hannover 96 . In September 2018 he became the head of sport in the licensed player area at the then second division club SC Paderborn 07 . After the previous sports director Markus Krösche switched to RB Leipzig after the Paderborn team rose to the Bundesliga , Przondziono was introduced as his successor in June 2019. Due to differing views on the further development of the sport, SC Paderborn 07 parted ways with Przondziono on April 20, 2020 during the break in the season caused by the COVID-19 pandemic .
