Martin Shaw OBE FRCM (born March 9, 1875 in London , † October 24, 1958 in Southwold ) was an English composer , especially of church music .

He has published over 300 works, including more than 100 songs, some for children. He edited the Oxford Book of Carols with Percy Dearmer and Ralph Vaughan Williams .

His brother was the composer Geoffrey Shaw , his nephew the actor Sebastian Shaw and his grandson the actor Robert Shaw and the rock musician Mont Campbell .
