Martin Zbončák (born July 21, 1975 in Třinec ) is a Czech football player .
Club career
Zbončák played in his youth for the SK Železárny Třinec . He completed his military service in 1995 at SKP Znojmo and then moved to FC Boby Brno , which was later renamed Stavo Article Brno. The midfielder stayed there until 2001 and played 122 first division games in which he scored four goals.
At the beginning of 2002 Zbončák was committed by Slovan Liberec , with whom he became Czech champion in May 2002. After a year, the defensive player moved to Sparta Prague for 23 million crowns . At first he played regularly, but in autumn 2003 he was on the bench more and more often. He then went to Dynamo Moscow in the Russian Premjer League . After half a year Zbončák returned to the Czech Republic and joined Slavia Prague .
After a year and a half at Slavia, Zbončák went to FK Siad Most in early 2006 , where he was one of the team's most important players and was missing in only two games in 2006/07.
In July 2007 the Czech moved abroad for the second time in his career, he joined the Greek first division club Iraklis Thessaloniki . After a change of ownership in January 2008, his contract was terminated. In early March he signed with the Czech second division club FC Hradec Králové . Months later, Zbončák changed clubs again and joined FK Bohemians Prague for the 2008/09 season .
In February 2009, Zbončák moved on loan to the second division Fotbal Třinec . After several weeks without a club, Zbončák joined the third division club FK Slavoj Vyšehrad in October 2009.
