Martin von Eyb († 1583 ) was Prince-Bishop of the Bamberg Monastery from 1580 until his death in 1583 .

Martin von Eyb comes from the Frankish imperial-free noble family of Eyb (see also list of Frankish knight families ). The eponymous place Eyb is now part of the city of Ansbach in Middle Franconia . Further family members with high ecclesiastical dignity have emerged from the family. Gabriel von Eyb (1455–1535) was Prince-Bishop of Eichstätt (1496–1535), also Johann Martin von Eyb (1630–1704) in office from 1697 to 1704.
