Martins Licis (born September 28, 1990 ) is an American strongman and winner of the World's Strongest Man 2019.

Licis grew up in Latvia and later moved to the USA, where he met strongman legend Odd Haugen, who trained him immediately. In 2015 he won the Odd Haugen All-American Strength Classic. In 2016 he took part in the World's Strongest Man for the first time, where he finished 6th. Licis also competed in MAS Wrestling, a variation on stick wrestling, in 2016, where he won gold in the MAS Wrestling Open World Championships. He finished fourth in both the 2017 and 2018 World's Strongest Man. In 2019 he took second place at the Arnold Strongman Classic and won the World's Strongest Man.
