Brian Shaw , (born February 26, 1982 in Fort Lupton ) is an American strongman . He is a four-time World's Strongest Man winner and the first strongman to win the World's Strongest Man, Arnold Strongman Classic and America's Strongest Man.

Life

Shaw was born and raised in Fort Lupton, Colorado. In college he played basketball. He studied wellness management at Black Hills State University. Then he works as a certified strength and endurance trainer.

After college, he began to exercise harder and get stronger. His first strongman competition was the local Colorado Strongman competition, which he won. After his first victory in strongman sport, he specialized his training in the strongman area. He built the necessary training equipment himself. Seven months after his first competition, he won his Pro Card. In 2008 he took part in the World's Strongest Man competition for the first time. In 2011 he won the World's Strongest Man for the first time. He was also the World's Strongest Man winner in 2013, 2015 and 2016.
