Masahiro Iwata ( Japanese 岩田 昌 浩 Iwata Masahiro ; born September 23, 1981 in Gifu Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Iwata learned to play soccer on the Nagoya Grampus Eight youth team . He signed his first contract in 2000 with the Nagoya Grampus Eight . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . For the club he completed eight first division games. In 2002 he moved to Clementi Khalsa . In October 2002 he moved to third division club SC Tottori . For the club he completed 34 games. Then he played for FC Gifu . At the end of 2008 he ended his career as a football player.
