Masaki Yamamoto ( Japanese 山 本 真 希 Yamamoto Masaki ; born August 24, 1987 in Shizuoka Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Yamamoto learned to play football in the youth team of Shimizu S-Pulse . He signed his first contract with Shimizu S-Pulse in 2005. The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . For the club, he completed 74 first division games. In 2012 he moved to league competitor Consadole Sapporo . For the club he completed 25 first division games. In 2013 he moved to league rivals Kawasaki Frontale . For the club he completed 59 first division games. In 2016 he moved to the second division team JEF United Chiba . For the club he completed 64 league games. In August 2019 he moved to the first division club Matsumoto Yamaga FC . At the end of the 2019 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League .
