Mason (* 17th January 1980 in Amsterdam , actually: Iason Chronis ) is a Dutch House - DJ and producer .
biography
At the age of six, Jason Chronis began classical training on the violin . From 1987 to 1991 he was also a member of the children's choir Kinderen voor Kinderen . He later started producing music. In 2006 his breakthrough came with the single " Exceeder ". The original version had no vocals yet. The following year " Perfect (Exceeder) " was released, a new version with vocals from Princess Superstar . This single achieved chart placements in various countries and reached number 3 in the UK single charts .
Chronis is currently working on a debut album with his studio partner Coen Berrier and has also collaborated with artists such as the rapper DMC from Run-DMC , Kurtis Blow , Sam Sparro , Debbie Clare and the former Moloko singer Róisín Murphy .
