The Massacre River is a river on the west coast of Dominica in the Parish Saint Paul .

geography

The Massacre River rises on the western edge of the central plateau around Morne Trois Pitons ( Sylvania Estate ), from the same aquifer as the spring streams of the Belfast River and Check Hall River . It runs quite steadily in a deeply cut valley to the west and flows into the Caribbean Sea in the local area of Massacre together with the neighboring Ravine Giraud to the south .

The catchment area of ​​the River les Pointes connects to the north .
