Massimiliano Gioni
Massimiliano Gioni (* 1973 ) is an Italian curator and art critic.

Gioni is the art director of the Milanese Nicola Trussardi Foundation and the Artist Pension Trust Berlin, as well as artistic advisory board of the Museum for Modern and Contemporary Art in Bolzano ( Museion ). He was co-curator of Manifesta 5 and curator of The Zone at the 50th Venice Biennale . He was the curator of the 55th Biennale in 2013, the youngest in its history to date.
Art critic
Gioni was the US editor of Flash Art magazine , wrote for Parkett , Carnet , Charley and Domus magazines and is the author of numerous art books.
