Mateusz Kobielus (born March 5, 1989 ) is a former Polish natural track luge . In the 2006/2007 season he took part in three World Cup races in doubles with Sławomir Jędrzejko and competed in the 2006 Junior World Championship and the 2007 Junior European Championship .

Career

Mateusz Kobielus took part in the 2005/2006 season in several races in the Intercontinental Cup, both in single-seater and together with Sławomir Jędrzejko in doubles. He also started at the Junior World Championships 2006 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen , where he was 30th in the singles and with Jędrzejko eighth in the doubles. In the 2006/2007 season , the Jędrzejko / Kobielus doubles took part in three World Cup races. When they first competed in Latzfons , they only finished 16th and last place and at the end of the season they only achieved placements in the bottom field with ranks 13 and 14 in Moos in Passeier . In the overall World Cup they finished 17th out of 19 pairs of two-seater who won World Cup points this winter. At the Junior European Championships 2007 in St. Sebastian Kobielus finished 23rd in the singles and seventh in the doubles. After this winter he did not take part in any other international competitions, but in 2009 he started again - as last in 2006 - at the Polish Championships.
