Sławomir Jędrzejko (born October 13, 1988 ) is a former Polish natural track luge . From 2003 to 2007 he competed in the World Cup as well as in the Junior World and European Championships .

Career

Sławomir Jędrzejko's first international competition was the 2003 Junior European Championship in Kreuth , where he finished 22nd out of 42 tobogganers who started singles. From the next winter he occasionally took part in World Cup races. He made his debut on December 14, 2003 in the first race of the 2003/2004 season in Olang , where he came 21st and thus achieved his best ever World Cup result. Only a year later did he start again in the World Cup in the opening race of the 2004/2005 season and finished 24th in Longiarü . With 26th place in the World Cup final in Olang - his third World Cup race - he finished 45th in the overall World Cup. After he had not participated in the Junior World Championship in the previous year, he started again in 2005 at the Junior European Championship in Kandalakscha and was 26th in the singles. In the 2005/2006 season Jędrzejko only took part in the first World Cup race in Longiarü, where he was 26th. This was followed by several races in the Intercontinental Cup, where he started for the first time with Mateusz Kobielus in the doubles, and he participated in the Junior World Championship in 2006 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen . There he achieved 24th place in the single seater and with Mateusz Kobielus ranked eighth in the two-seater. In the 2006/2007 season , the Jędrzejko / Kobielus duo took part in three World Cup races in Longiarü and Moos in Passeier . Their best result was a 13th place in the penultimate race in Moos in Passeier, which made them 17th in the overall World Cup. Jędrzejko started in the single-seater only at the season finale, where he was 34th. At the 2007 European Junior Championships in St. Sebastian , he was 25th in the singles and seventh in the doubles. After the winter of 2006/2007 Jędrzejko did not take part in any competitions.
