Mathias Ledoux

Mathias Ledoux (born July 3, 1953 , † March 10, 2005 in Paris ) was a French cameraman and film director .

Career

Ledoux graduated from the École Louis-Lumière in 1972 and started working as a cameraman at ORTF. Here he was active in the areas of series, documentaries and live events.

After making short films, he made his first feature film in 2000, a crime thriller, En face with Jean-Hugues Anglade and Clotilde Courau . A second film, Three Blind Mice - Mord im Netz followed in 2003. Here he shot with Edward Furlong , Emilia Fox and Elsa Zylberstein . Ledoux died of cancer in 2005.
