Mathias Mußweiler

Mathias Josef Mußweiler (born April 13, 1822 in Wittlich ; † June 10, 1902 in Wiesbaden ) was a German architect and municipal building officer .

Life

Mußweiler completed his professional training in Saarbrücken . Around 1853 he settled in St. Wendel . On August 22, 1855, he joined the St. Wendel Casino Company and planned and built the casino building. As a result, he headed urban construction activities as a municipal builder. In 1879 he left St. Wendel and moved to Wiesbaden.

  • 1863: Design for the extension of the Catholic Church in Urexweiler
  • 1865: Adler pharmacy in St. Wendel, Schlossstrasse
  • 1865: Hospital chapel in St. Wendel
  • 1879: Commercial building in St. Wendel, Bahnhofstrasse
