Mathias Schaffhäuser , also known as Math U Matix at the time, is a singer, DJ , label owner, journalist and producer in the field of electronic dance music. In 1997 Schaffhäuser founded his own label Ware in Cologne.
Live and act
He first gained attention in the early 1990s as the frontman of the band Sally Davis Junior . His first own productions appeared on the Force Inc. Music Works label and John Acquaviva 's Plus 8 label . Schaffhäuser was best known for the new techno version of the pop classic Hey Little Girl by Icehouse . The track became a club hit and is also included on Sven Väth's compilation The Second Season ( Cocoon ).
Schaffhäuser was already represented as a DJ all over Europe, in Russia and in the radio show Hr3 clubnight . He has also made remixes for Good Groove and other artists.
