Matrassa
Matrassa is a red wine variety . It is named after a place in its main area of distribution in Azerbaijan . Other growing areas can be found around Rostov , in the Crimea and in Kazakhstan .
From Matrassa dark red table and are mostly dessert wines vinified . It is also used as an ingredient in Crimean red sparkling wine .
