Matthia Ferrabosco
Matthia Ferrabosco (baptized July 16, 1550 in Bologna ; buried February 23, 1616 in Graz ) was an Italian composer and singer.
Ferrabosco had been alto at the Graz court orchestra since 1581 . From 1588 he was director of the boys' choir and from 1603 vice conductor.
Twenty-two four-part canzonets by him have come down to us.
