Sandra Lüpkes

Sandra Lüpkes (* 1971 in Göttingen ) is a German writer , screenwriter , singer and editor .

Life

Sandra Lüpkes grew up on the island of Juist and lives and works in Berlin . Many of her novels are also set on the East Frisian Islands . Her works have already reached a total circulation of over 600,000 copies.

The author also published various short stories, wrote a children's musical and worked as a lecturer for various educational institutions, including the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and the Federal Academy for Cultural Education in Wolfenbüttel . At her readings, Sandra Lüpke sings chansons, the German texts of which she wrote herself, and she also plays the singing saw and flugelhorn.

With her non-fiction book I leave you , she wrote the first guide for people who break out of a long-term relationship and have to deal with allegations, a guilty conscience and legal content. In doing so, she draws on surveys, case studies and her own experience.

Since 2014 she has worked as a screenwriter for the ZDF series Wilsberg , among others .

Sandra Lüpkes is married to the crime writer Jürgen Kehrer . She is a member of the crime writers' association Das Syndikat .
