Matthias Dombert

Matthias Dombert (* 1955 in Walsrode ) is a professor and doctor of law .

Dombert studied law in Bonn and Münster . He runs a law firm specializing in public law in Potsdam . Since 2002 he has been an honorary professor at the University of Potsdam . From 1993 to 2009 he was a judge at the constitutional court of the state of Brandenburg . He is the author of numerous scientific specialist publications, in particular on the subject of contaminated sites and municipal law . Since 2007 he and Alexander von Brünneck have been the editor of the collection of legal texts “Brandenburg State Law”. Since June 2015 Dombert has been the chairman of the “Society for the Reconstruction of the Garrison Church eV” in Potsdam.
