Matthias Keller (* 1956 in Bremen ) is a German music journalist .

Life

Matthias Keller, who studied piano , music education and church music at the Munich University of Music , works as an author and producer for the Bavarian Radio , the Hessian Radio and the North German Radio in addition to his artistic work .

As a music journalist, he publishes in the Süddeutsche Zeitung , Fono Forum, Klassik Heute, Opernwelt, Münchner Abendzeitung and the Berner Zeitung . Keller taught the history and aesthetics of film music at the State University of Music in Munich . Regular workshops and seminars, etc. a. for ZDF and the German Goethe-Institut , have already taken him to Ghana .

Matthias Keller is a member of the Lexicon of Contemporary Composers and a member of the jury for the “ German Record Critics' Prize ” for film music.
